Strength
Strength training builds anaerobic performance, muscle size and in turn strengthens bones too. People sometimes miss out on this type of training because they think they look they will become too muscular, but this is myth – we have a special strength class for people who want to gain muscle definition and tone up.

Cardio
Cardio or aerobic exercise improves your aerobic and cardiovascular performance by increasing your oxygen intake and heart rate through the correct type of exercise. Great for endurance training.

Body Shape
Doing exercise decreases fat and enhances definition which in turn builds a better body shape. Stronger muscles allow for a better posture – someone who looks great!

MFPC is such a lovely gym very open and easy going, you can do what ever you fancy. It has a big range of different activities to do within training. It has many things to do for both male and female. Lots of equipment and some of their equipment won’t even find in bigger gyms. It’s so friendly too so I would definitely recommend!
